China unhappy with US fingerprinting

The US rejected China's request to review its fingerprinting procedure for non-immigrant visa applicants. China said the procedure violates human rights and has created "strong dissatisfaction" among Chinese. The Chinese foreign ministry released a statement saying that China will retain the right to adopt similar measures if the US does not change its stand on the procedure.
