China won't cut off N Korea oil

Amid fears North Korea may be planning to test a nuclear weapon, China rejected a US request to cut off oil supplies to the country to pressure Pyongyang to return to the negotiating table, the Washington Post reported. China, which also supplies food to its nuclear neighbor, said the US was too focused on a limited range of tools to pressure North Korea.
