Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM), Deutsche Bank's global asset management business, will take a 20% stake in Harvest Fund Management Co Ltd, a leading Chinese fund management firm, with rights to increase its stake to 49%, the maximum ownership allowed for foreign companies, DeAM Asia said.
