Henan, China's most populous province, is on course to adopt measures that would further promote economic cooperation with Hong Kong, state media reported, citing provincial Governor Li Chengy. At the April 8 Henan-Hong Kong trade fair, Li said Hong Kong will be Henan's top investor, adding he aimed to attract Hong Kong talent to help restructure its service sector. Henan has registered 3,836 Hong Kong funded ventures, accounting for 48% of the province's total offshore funded ventures.
