HMS International Hotel GmbH, responsible for Maritim’s overseas acquisitions, has signed a contract for a new property. This new property is near Shanghai and is the second Maritim hotel in China.
This new five star Maritim Hotel Hui Zun is scheduled to open its doors in time for Expo Shanghai on May 1, 2010. The hotel itself is housed within one of two connected towers. It will have a grand total of about 288 rooms.
SelfCatering Breaks News reports the hotel will be be located between the 5th and 22nd floors. The top three of these floors will be Executive Floors. They will have their own business and VIP lounge, as well as a private check in and checkout. All rooms will be air conditioned, and equipped with a SAT TV, with internet access.
