Shandong refiners raise gas price

Oil refineries in Shandong province have raised the wholesale price of gasoline, following a crude oil price hike on the international market, Economic Observer reported (in Chinese). Though the National Development and Reform Commission has released a circular urging producers not to change gas prices in order to control inflation, more than 20 local oil producers in Shandong began adjusting prices last week. On Tuesday, the price of gas rose by over US$13.30 per ton by yesterday.
