BoC IPO to see delay: report

The Hong Kong listing of Bank of China worth up to US$4bn is "unlikely" to occur this year, as it has yet to line up its foreign partner and complete its restructuring, the Financial Times reported, quoting an unnamed source close to the matter. BoC was unavailable for comment on the latest speculated delay among highly-anticipated IPOs.
