Lenovo no 3 PC maker

With Lenovo's acquisition of IBM's PC business finalized over the weekend, Group Chairman Yang Yuanqing declared Lenovo the world's third largest personal computer company and said the historic acquisition marked the start of a new era for the global PC industry. No third party market data was cited in support of Yang's claim in the China Daily report, which quoted another Lenovo official saying said new products would be launched under the Lenovo brand "within weeks".
